Recite the Meditation that resonates with you . . . at least once every day. Sit with it . . . and give it your full attention. It is important to take your time . . . do not rush through it ! Play it out slowly in your mind, like a slow-motion scene . . . activate and feel the pleasant feelings of your Meditation's truth and desires fulfilling . . . in this moment !
Bask in this pleasant scene and in the good feelings of this vibration . . . as often as possible . . . and so it is !
